Account
- How do I sign up? — Tap "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple" (Apple sign-in is available on iPhone only). Set your nickname, then optionally verify your school email.
- I can't log in. — OnQuad uses Google and Apple sign-in (no passwords). Make sure you're selecting the same account you originally signed up with. If the issue persists, contact us.
- How do I delete my account? — Go to Settings > Delete Account. You'll need to type a confirmation word. This action is permanent and removes all your data.
